Sarah Vining was raised in Rock Hill and built her family, business, and life here. She owns The Hickory Post, a unique downtown shop that doubles as a launchpad for other small businesses, helping entrepreneurs get their start and thrive in our community.
More importantly, she's also your neighbor. Sarah knows what makes Rock Hill special: it’s the people, the partnerships, and the shared belief that our community is strongest when we support one another.

Rising costs shouldn’t force longtime residents or new families to leave the community they love. Sarah will work to keep housing, utilities, and everyday living affordable so Rock Hill remains accessible for everyone.

Invest in local talent, ensuring they want to stay, work, and grow right here in Rock Hill. We already pour resources into local education and opportunity, now we need pathways for those graduates and young professionals to remain. Sarah believes in fostering partnerships and innovation so Rock Hill becomes a place where talent can truly thrive.
