Meet Councilwoman Sarah Vining.
Sarah Emerson Vining grew up in Rock Hill and chose to build her life, family, and business here. She is the owner of The Hickory Post, a downtown shop that supports local makers and small businesses by giving them a space to grow, connect, and thrive.
Sarah believes the best leadership starts with listening. Her approach to public service is rooted in transparency, accessibility, and a deep respect for the people who call Rock Hill home.
