Early voting runs Monday, October 20 – Friday, October 31
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekdays Only)

Vote at either early voting location (Rock Hill):
Clinton College Library – 1029 Crawford Rd, Rock Hill
The Thread (2nd Floor) – 220 White St W, Rock Hill

Please note: the York County Government Center (6 S Congress St) is not an early voting site for the 2025 Municipal Elections.​
Can’t make it to the polls?
You can still vote absentee by mail.

Deadlines:
Return applications by Friday, October 24 at 5 PM
Return completed ballots by Election Day, Tuesday, November 4 at 7 PM

How to vote absentee:
1. Request your application by calling 803-684-1242 or visiting:

2. Complete and return your application by mail or in person.
3. Receive your ballot (mailed about 30 days before Election Day).
4. Vote, sign, have your signature witnessed (age 18+), and return it by 7 PM on Election Day.
