Sarah Vining is a long-time Rock Hill resident, small business owner, and proud community advocate. As the owner of The Hickory Post, she has spent years investing in downtown Rock Hill and supporting local entrepreneurs, families, and creatives.

 

Now, as the elected representative for Ward 6 on Rock Hill City Council, Sarah is focused on thoughtful, people-first leadership, listening to residents, addressing everyday concerns, and helping Rock Hill grow in a way that feels intentional, welcoming, and true to who we are.
