Election Day is quickly approaching, and the decisions we make will shape Rock Hill’s future for years to come. Local elections may not grab national headlines, but they are the ones that impact our daily lives the most. From the streets we drive and the affordability of our neighborhoods to the opportunities available to graduates and the spirit of our community, City Council plays a direct role.

On November 4, Ward 6 voters have a chance to make their voices heard.

Why Sarah Vining?

Sarah Vining is running for City Council because she believes Rock Hill’s best days are ahead, and she wants to serve her neighbors with transparency, honesty, and care. She is not in this for politics. She is in it for people, families, young professionals, and retirees who all deserve to thrive here.

Her vision is built on three priorities that reflect what matters most to our community:

  • Affordability: Keeping Rock Hill livable so longtime residents are not pushed out and new families can find their place here.

  • Talent: Creating opportunities for graduates and professionals to stay, work, and grow right here in Rock Hill.

  • Character and Charm: Protecting the history, neighborhoods, and community spirit that make Rock Hill unique while planning for thoughtful growth.

These pillars work together to ensure Rock Hill grows stronger without losing the qualities that make it feel like home.

Every Vote Counts

In local elections, even a handful of votes can determine the outcome. That means your ballot on November 4 is powerful. It is your chance to decide what Rock Hill will look like in the years ahead, whether it will remain a place where families can afford to live, where talent wants to stay, and where our character and charm continue to shine.

Join the Movement

Sarah is ready to bring the same dedication she has poured into her business and her community to Rock Hill’s City Council. She believes in a future where Rock Hill balances growth with preservation, opportunity with tradition, and progress with the values that make us who we are.

Now is the time to take action! Make a plan to vote, encourage your neighbors to do the same, and remind friends and family how important this election is.

On November 4, let us choose leadership that listens, serves, and puts our community first. Let us choose a vision for Rock Hill that honors our past and prepares us for the future.

Vote Sarah Vining, rooted in Rock Hill and ready to serve.
